Privacy notice
EnvDesk is built around local desktop workspaces. The website may collect limited analytics and operational data, but environment-file contents handled by the desktop application are not uploaded to EnvDesk as part of its core workflow.
Website analytics
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may receive page views, approximate device information, referral data, and conversion events such as a platform download click. EnvDesk does not send environment-file contents in analytics events.
Downloads and operations
The download service may process standard request information needed to deliver files and protect service reliability, such as timestamp, requested platform, IP address, and user agent.
Support messages
If you email EnvDesk, the message and address are used to answer your request. Do not include passwords, API keys, tokens, or complete environment files.
Your choices
You can block analytics with browser controls or privacy extensions. For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning support correspondence, email [email protected].
